Childbirth is ancient.

Your body carries the wisdom of those who came before you. As women, our DNA holds the memory of our mothers and our grandmothers—threads of strength, intuition, and knowing passed down through generations.

Birth is not new. Our bodies remember what to do.

The Elders Prayer is offered to help you return to that knowing—to believe again in the innate power of your body and the sacred nature of birth. This prayer was written by my mother, an elder, with love and intention for you.

My hope is that as you labor and give birth, you do so with power, trust, and remembrance—and that your story becomes part of the legacy shared with generations yet to come.
